It is good but the ending sucked for me yea. I expected the ending to be like their future where Shindo masters the divine move like fr it wouldve been good. I want more but sadly it really does end here.

great read however the ending left so many loose threads like hikaru telling akira about sai or even last battle where hikaru will overcome sai or smth like that. nonetheless, despite the unfinished-like ending, this is still worth the read.

Its actually good. I also like how the story flows. The ending is open ending, I guess?
But there's a lot of question to be ask in the story.
Who is the God of hand? because they did say who it was right? Also hikaru did not even say to akira his secret even though he is going to say it to him. I also do not like how sai disappeared like that? Because it is really fast actually. Lastly I think that the author plan for a sequel of this given how the author write the ending. But a lot of years have passed and no sequel. So I think the ending is like that and we don't know what will happen to the two rivals. Who will be the God of hand and such.

It's amazing, it really is, but the ending could've been so much better. I really enjoyed myself all the way to the last arc and then it ended in a way I felt like this wasn't as worth reading as I had thought? I don't know how to explain but the build up this manga did was so well-done; it makes you feel as though you're headed to a grand and satisfying ending, but then the story abruptly comes to an end. I know the intent of the author and the message he wanted to convey, that from generation to generation knowledge of go will be transmitted and keep on improving, but yeah. I truly think it could've been represented better. Still, it's still a very good shonen.

I've already read this before and also watched its anime version, the only thing i can say is this is really good why don't you guy's try it. This manga is about a kid who met a ghost who is an expert in playing GO in the past who died and still has lingering feelings in the world and wished for it to be fulfilled so he could pass on. I only summarized a bit of it but this didn't show the whole story so do read it if you want to know more i recommend this (｡•ᴗ-)✧ oh! do ready your tissues though because you might need it (≧▽≦).

I've read this so many times yet it always such a great read. To more tears and joy in reading this in the future.

ending is the biggest shit ever!!!!!

I didn't know that this manga has an anime already. This is the only sports manga that I read until the very last chapter. I hope we knew who win between akira and shindo. Hope to see Sai again.
