I think this should have the romance tag (and harem too ) so that people don’t expect it to be a child rearing manhua. I think it was obvious where it’s gonna go from the beginning considering the novel it was adapted from (yes, it says so on it that it is adapted from the novel) as well as the questions written at the bottom of the chapters. And also how under the title card it says “I want to raise kids but they like me”. For a romance it is good in my opinion, you’ll just dislike it if you think it’s child rearing genre, like the people who read tyrant’s guardian and thought it was child rearing.

To dearest investigaytion, there is no romance lol. They like her but theres none till the last chapter of the novel, some are aware of the fact that the two like her but then found out they are siblings( and yes adopted but still) so they were like "ohh..." Lmaooo
