The concept is interesting, I'm not entirely sure how to feel. I think that Ma-Kun is but isn't a child. Meaning that yes, Ma-Kun is a child in the physical world but because he turned to a ghost the time that passed and the wish he had to be with Ono-Sensei aged him but because Ma-Kun didn't die it wasn't his true form-therefore causing him to still be a child if he ever returned to his real body (which he did). In all I'm not too sure how to feel due rto the age gap but the concept and story really did do well.

Ono is a dentist being haunted by a ghost (Masaki). But this sweet and childlike ghost just wants to be with his beloved sensei and help him overcome his recent loss. I’ll be honest, this is an amazing and beautiful story, but the “twist” is hard to swallow. I don’t blame any of the characters, but…it’s all very uncomfortable. Still, I really do think it’s worth the read because the characters and emotions are so well done and Masaki is such a pure sweetheart. Trigger warnings: I don’t know what to say?? Read at your own risk!

What a unique story. I kinda speechless.. yeah the one who comment here says it's shotacon but... i don't think the dentist will pursue the kid. Unless the kid will pursue the dentist in the future but the dentist will probably old.
