all alone has 3 alternate ending 1. the one where you did not give garry the handkerchief 2. the one where you did 3. sleeping in the coffin in the secret dungeon when garry died (garry won't allow you to sleep in it if he's alive and for good reason too because it kills you slowly)
the first and second is basically the same so realistically speaking it's only 2 alternate ending.
