:D *good* Ruri was SO cute and I love this portrayal of stuttering and disability. I loved the thought process he gave us after his big fight w Tooru. So accurate. But yeah that blonde accounting chick should’ve just straight up gotten fired having T-man apologize to her pissed me off like he has some obligation to deal w love drama at his workplace
Aside from that bitch from accounting who didn't even apologize properly, I like everything abt this. Ruri is cute, and while I do like to see him being able to overcome his struggles, but that would've made the story 10 more chapters longer as it's not that easy to cure, so that I understand. I'm glad he took up music again tho. As for Tooru, he's such a green flag. Tho I would've loved it more if they delved deeper into his feelings for Ruri. Like how he came to love him and why. Idk, there was a part where he said why but it was not for me because there was like no awakening part(?) Like he's not gay so why was it so easy for him to accept his feelings(nothing wrong w that tho) but ahh I'm stuttering in my own thoughts TT. B ut yeah I still like him for Ruri, he's very understanding
Actually feel as a character Ruri was portrayed pretty well, his home and family and hobbies all revolves around his disability and to find someone- his dream guy be supportive and such a green flag felt refreshing to see. Though he had trust issues there was no malice with the main guy. I’m a little tired of women being used as a villainous crazy character but I’m glad Ruri could see that she also just wanted to be accepted. Quite an over the top way to show it but I got the message. There were a lot of holes left in the story but if it kept going I would love to see Ruri improve his life and connections with people over time and for Tooru to do the same. Good potential for this story. Ngl
this was so good :( i was like boi u cant b serious when tooru told ruri to fix his stutter but then when he got more educated and was like "yeah you can try to practice but ill still love u if you cant speak" i got so happy im so tired of disabilities magically going away in stories it doesnt work like that
