C91 end, good story, nice plot pacing, reread, long but good, happy ending, low rating bit really good plot

For someone who had difficulty getting it up, seme searched for other ways to prove himself man enough by working hard and becoming successful. His character profile was admirable in the entire story. But because of his strong determination, he comes off overbearing. He realized he's gay after falling in love with a subordinate and even felt desires for the first time. Thus, instead of feeling shock, he was very straightforward and honest to his feelings and snatched the uke up and lived with him. But despite his openness to his affection, his love was still denied by uke by calling it lu$t. Uke had a trauma and fear of becoming like his mother who mistook obsession with love to his father. He despaired over it all his life to the point he became insecure and afraid of love himself. But because of our manly seme who never faltered and had consistent and admirable traits such as:

* Driven
* Decisiveness
* Grit

He conquered over all their struggles:

* the tumultuous societal prejudice
* his war against inheritance and power struggle
* the ugly demons in his heart
* and even the insecurities of the uke

all in order to achieve what he wants. And, all he wants was the uke. Him and only him no matter if he has to throw away his money and fame. That alone is proof enough he was a man.
No wonder he won the uke over and even got to come out to the public and finally got their happy ever after.

PS: although I've mentioned it already, I admire and wished to have the seme's character especially his decisiveness. Also, it's admirable how the manhwa incites a few societal issues including body shaming, same sex relationship, bullying, neglectful parental guidance, and the fact that blood isn't always thicker than water. It was mentioned to be an eye opener and well handled although subtly.

A chance encounter brings together the two men who would naturally have no chance of even brushing by each other. And to Joowon's surprise, it leads to a one-night stand. What was expected to end after that night continues on to be something more, and the odd couple fall deeper and deeper for each other.

this feels really old school overall, so i wonder if it's actually old or it's recently released but the author's style is just distinctively old-fashioned ish

personally this was kinda hard to get into, i was sure i was gonna drop it after a couple of chapters (i think it was the art style; how the characters looked like they were constantly at a magazine photoshoot, like their eyes looked kinda unfocused (or dead(?) most of the time and also the colours... it's still pretty art though) but i didn't and it really wasn't that bad, i cried at some parts (nvm me i just get invested easily) and i think it has a pretty good payoff at the end. overall I'd give it 7/10

not bad for a chapter 1

This was good... the art was not my taste, but I got used to it, and did get some chuckles from the art a few times with clothes flying. I binged this, and the author does mess with you a few times, but I couldn't stop reading.
