Comments of Jounetsu no Arika

People complaining about 'how unfortunate that there's a rape' when I think it was an okay part of it (totally yaoi stuff). And the uke was not struggling or pushing him, seems like he wants to ease the seme's feelings. The seme also admitted that he particularly raped the uke.

Anyway. This is considered wholesome one. Probably like an early work by the sensei since some proportions were weird(?). Overall, it's a nice story that will touch our hearts imo.

I had apprehension about reading a story like this especially with anything rape involved but he knew what he did was wrong and regretted it. That's rare to see in yaoi. Oh and the sex scene is just way too hot. Had me sweating bullets..haha

Sweetest manga ever

A story of new beginnings and love, this was interesting and enjoyable. There was a scene of dubious consent (the one being forced was surprised but not resistant, but the seme’s actions were not intended to be loving). I always think there are better storytelling options so I took a point off for that. The rest of the story had some moments dealing with loss which were sad, and lots of new love which was sweet.

Although the rape scene bothered me, I am stunned that uke could have stopped seme but didn't. The story was nice but felt a bit empty and unfinished, we didn't get to see growth at all...

My heart can't take this jsjdhfhf this is the sweetest tear jerker ever

There could be a continuation like ryuuto being a coach or something..
