I genuinely have no idea what just happened. It was all literate yet illiterate.

I agree with previous comments that there was some confusion in the text. It seemed like the wrong person was saying things or perhaps the story was too fast paced. It’s early work by the mangaka so it’s difficult to determine if she simply didn’t convey all the story in adequate detail or if something was lost in translation.
Still though, I enjoyed the concept of most of the stories and the art was lovely as always.

the 2nd and 4th didn't make sense to me

I usually like sakuraga mei's work, but this one is just meh. Kinda busy, and confusing.

The first story was a little confusing cause one minute he was just suppose to befriend him and the next he loves him. This was a collection of short stories that were really interesting.
