the ending was unbelievably rushed
(SPOILER: as I gather, Kanon and Mikami understood that they cannot keep up their relationship after the twist... so only because of that she accepted Tendou 's feelings?not fair, my boy Tendou deserves much more than just being a back up)

One day a 23-year-old Japanese musician travels to Mongolia in order to get inspirations for writing a piece of music. There he meets Kanon whose mother runs the "Hotel Kanon" in the desert. Kanon grew up in Mongolia, does not know who her father is and takes him for dead as her mother told her so. Then Kanon's mother who fell from a horse dies of injury. Before her death, she tells her daughter that she came to Mongolia because she could not stay in Japan as she had an affair with Kanon's father, a musician, who is actually still alive, and she asks Kanon to find him in Japan by becoming a violin virtuoso, but dies before telling her his name. Thus Kanon goes with the young man to Japan where she learns to become a musician in a music school run by Mikami, a handsome young man and worldwide very successful musician and conductor. Soon the younger sister of her mother gives her photos of three musicians, one of whom might be her father. Kanon's erring search for her father begins...

ok so i was looking for the ending on the internet and some1 said that they read the ending thats what they said ( it may not be 100% true as I dont know the source)
Black haired guy( kanons first love) found an old article in the newspaper saying something about relationship between menager ( blond hair guy) and Kanons mother, he says it to Kanon and it occurs ( like every1 tought) that he is her father! Kanon was depressed but then black hair guy took her on a journey to make her forget about her love towards her father and they fall in love. THE END. I know its not satisfying enough just to read it in a commend .. I would like more chapters as well but cant do anything about that :/

For the ones that want to know the end of the story...i have found the manga translated in spanish, so anyone that want to knows what happen keep reading: the pianist Ken Gregory is...not her father, he was in love with her mother but she dissapeared one day, and he did not knew anything from her until she was already pregnant...pregnant of a famous guy that played a Gadanini violin and was forbbiden to have a relationship with him because of his age: Gen Mikami, sorry to dissapoint everyone but that is the true. Kanon almost lost her mind with the sepparation and realization that Mikami, the man she loved and sleeped with (she did after her "father´s" death) was his father, almost broke and for a while lost her memory because it was too painful. Ended in Tailand until Kento went for her, afraid she could kill herself, he take her to Mongolia to recover. After 4 year they meet (mikami and kanon) and after struggling with their feelings and the true (Kanon´s name came after the first song Mikami played for Yuko, Kanon´s mother) that meant the name of the sound of the flowers, they plan a last concert of violin and there she realized that what Mikami told her before that was true, their true link was not only the blood but the music, Kanon decides to accept it. It was a fascinating story but it ended in an unusual way. I tried looking for raws everywhere but could only find comments left by other users. You will never guess who her real father is? I'll just say one word, he has been by her side from the start!
