CEO (seme) x student (uke) My rating: 7,5/10 HALF BROTHERS, AGE GAP (11 years), COLD SEME, LOVE TRIANGLE After the death of his mother, the poor Yuuki discovers he's the illegitimate son of a deceased wealthy businessman. The remaining Watase family consists two older half-brothers: Masumi, a kind-hearted gentleman near Yuuki's age, and Gai, a stoic workaholic several years his senior. Trying to fit in with a different social class proves difficult enough for Yuuki, but when hidden feelings beyond simple brotherly love start to emerge, confusion and angst truly begin to set in. Can such feelings, even between half-brothers, ever be accepted? Edit (Spoiler): The older brother is the ml. He isn't even his actual half brother as he's the illegitimate son of the uke's father's wife.
The love between the "brothers" was rushed and not that satisfying. It should have been a bit long for their relationship to develop but I guess the author went for the cliche route. I hope the other bro also finds his HEA.
It was hard to read all the unnecessary and predictable drama. It is not really believable how fast they all fell in love. They basically had no enjoyable experiences together and the relationships were not developed at all. Too much is lacking in the relationships to make this realistic enough to enjoy.
What a story, there was just like one chapter missing in the beginning because the story went to fast. But it slowed down through the end. I would like to read a story about the other brother and how he finds his love.
My rating: 7,5/10
