Fujishima is living in a cheap apartment complex because he has a small budget. The walls of the apartment are very thin and he can hear everything that happens next door, even the calls of "Izumi" during his neighbor's sex.

That story was sad; thank goodness it had a happy ending. Poor Izuni, a child of incest, raised in seclusion to be a replacement of his father for his mother. He said he didn't have much "sense" and it seemed as if his (so called) noble family had a history of incest, so perhaps genetically he was born that way. But compound that with his upbringing snd isolation, its no wonder he was so painfully socially shy and hesitant. It seems as though Izumi makes up for his shortcomings with childlike innocence, beauty and sweet simplicity. I'm glad he found a loving protector in the end who would encourage him to be free.

An introvert who was trying to escape a home filled with every kind of family darkness, and a college student who was filled with sunlight and warmed away the cold shadows that had surrounded the emotionally stunted young man.

Well.... it was a mesh up of everything.... I am glad he ended up with the neighbor but I think it was kinda over dramatic. Wont read twice.

I found this manga to be an interesting mix of reality and fiction. The reality being that, yes ... historically, there have been many distinguished families that promulgated incest for furthering family lines. The fiction here, is they let one get away ! The children of these type of pairings are usually hidden away, especially if they aren't mentally acute. Or otherwise they, (and everyone else), are lied to about their parentage for societal acceptance. BUT ... this one has a happy ending ! And the art is lovely ! LOL, (pardon my rant !)

Oh my god, that was an amazing story! So deep and pure I loved how Fujishima helped Izumi get out of his stupid and sick family, and how he was so gentle and caring.... He truly loves Izumi

A brilliant work! The story was moving, flowing and had the perfect amount of detail to make the story memorable! The art, while old styled, was very unique and well done. My complaints are limited to translation errors that popped up occasionally, but nothing too serious. Recommendation is a high high!

This was a cute one. I'm not to keen on the drawing styles but that aside it was a cute romance. I'd say it was mainly shounen ai excluding the brief sex scene. It was at an ok a pace I feel if It was faster it would have been forced. All around cute story lots of drama good pace for a light hearted romance.
