The breaks in between their whole relationship was kind off weird, or maybe those were time skips but it looks really off

WENT DOWNHILL FROM CHAPTER 4. Seme already knew his feelings yet dragged the confession longer for a dramatic reunion 3 years later (which we totally can tell) therefore torturing the poor uke for years more. Mangaka has no sense of time.
