This is amazing! The characters, the worldbuilding, and the blend of cute and serious tones fit right into my alley. I really like stories like this where the details slowly unfold and the underlying messages are told through interactions and memories. It's like a delicious parfait you get to enjoy by tasting things layer by layer before slowly trying things together. Plus, to top it off, we have a weirdly fun combination of (spoilers)


Vampires + post-apocalypse + family. I was suprised at first, but I was able to follow along with the writing pretty well. Delicious.
