I cannot express how dear this manhwa is to me, re-reading it after all this time was one of the best decisions I have made this year. definitely worth reading again <3

I was so hesitant on reading this at first, maybe because I judge manhwas by their titles and covers. When I look at them, I always think their stereotype, how I think it will be similar to any other else's work. But when I read the first few chapters, I was like "Ok, ok this is good it's interesting..." And it didn't disappoint.

It's been a while since I've read something good again and ORIGINAL, not a very cliché one. I love the story and pacing so much! It's such a masterpiece and chef's kiss. There's character development, relationship progress, and most of all, COMMUNICATION. Even the amount of sex is perfect. It's so healthy I might even start eating vegetables. I had everything I ever wanted here. I was also surprised at myself for not being bothered by the age gap, probably because they're perfect for each other and suit each other so much, a perfect match.

It taught me so much and I learned a lot. It's so good I might reread it a hundred times and never get tired of it. They're so happy, the ending is perfect ahhhh I can't stop saying perfect!!! I wish they got married in the side story even if the parents were opposed to it. I was just a bit disappointed that after season 1, the sunbae and the red haired weren't shown anymore. I was so curious about them. They should have made a side story for them. It's such a shame it got deleted here.

My thought on this, honestly, the best manhwa I've read in a long time. Most of the time, this kind of 'relationship' genre BL, always not my favourite bc its alway have unecessary drama, the main characters are annoying. This manhwa is different, I really love it. I cannot express how much I love this manhwa. There's no toxicity, abuse, unhealthy obsession, possesive. Although there is angst, uncertainty, self-doubt, traumatic past. The characters dynamic is so different that the normal BL. In term of their physical appearance and personality, its so different. Maybe that's why it make it even more special. Now if only they were switch couple, that like a whole nother level, I'd died of happiness.

An advice to new reader, please keep reading it, I know you might not like the seme (conclusion based on what most ppl express on him on the first season) but please do continue reading. There's characters development, and I shit you know, its the most satisfying read you'll ever felt.

Now, my personal opinion. I remain neutral on my feeling towards these main characters. Especially Si-Eon. No, neutral is a lie, I infact sided with him from the start, while others busy hating him and judging him and not understanding this type of people. For some reason, he is very relatable. The whole time he has been a kind, caring and a good person, only difference is that he can't feel love, YET. And that is when almost all reader turn on him just because he can't love Namwoo yet. Although he might or might not be aromantic, this type of people exist. There is other type of way they express love.
At the end of the main series, there's author note. And I'm quite surprise the author actually reading the netizen comments and worried about their opinion towards Si-Eon. And bc author want to quench the anger of netizen, author resolve in making Si-Eon take a punch. And I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. This only make his EX seems abusive, and that change my opinion towards this ex character, despite him being very handsome. It doesn't matter, you punch someone and its the person you're in a realationship in, its abuse. AND the 2nd time, he slap him. Doesn't fuckin matter Si-Eon offer himself to get slapped, this only strengthen my negative opinion on the ex being abusive. So, Sunbae, the EX partner, is a better person than this ex. Always says the right thing. why did i say that? sunbae say the thing that i just said. he said it just made the ex looks abusive and he shouldn't do that regardless Si-eon offering.
What i don't like is that author change the scenario of si-eon getting punch because of netizen comments. Why can't the author just keep it like original script (presunebly author only mention that author change the writing abruptly BECAUSE of comments). and whats even worse is that the after that happen, seeing si-eon getting punch, netizens express their opinion saying 'thats a bit much'. And author shocked about it. Well? you see what happen here? How can I not feel unhappy about that? don't listen to these netizen comments, its your work, your story, just bc they express their dissatisfaction doesn't mean you have to change the writing. Changing it bc of them just seem unprofessional. You might think "its not that deep bro", sure its not. I just want to express my opinion. Thats the ONLY part that I don't like in this. Its a nitpick i guess.

fun notes- I cannot believe my eyes when I see so many people want them to switch holy shi-
(switch as in take turn in bed position in being bottom and top). ngl, I agree with this so hard. Namwoo is waaaaayy to dominant and seme like sometimes that if people who only saw a certain panel on the manhwa they will definitely 100% think Namwoo s the top. Also, another fun fact,I found this manhwa through the site koonbooks (where they sell physical manhwa and limited edition stuff) and I saw these 2 main characters. It is very convincing. I mean, the 'standee' of these 2 is where Namwoo 'kabedon' si-eon. How can i not misunderstanding when I never read the manhwa yet at the time. btw, I read this on other site and when i say 'many people' its the comments section there.

Just binge-read this and I love it. I can't help but empathize with Si-eon. I'm in the same shoes as him. More like a go-with-the-flow person. I will devote myself and be loyal but I just don't feel the thing they describe as love, I don't know like maybe a "thump" in my chest, and I just end up hurting them. This story has given me so much enlightenment, new perspective, and my oh my, just pure bliss on kind of understanding myself as well. Definitely one for a re-read whenever I am lost again.

It's cute and wholesome, but super sexy at the same time. The art and story are awesome and I'm in love with the characters and their growth.

The rich x poor dynamic is a cliche, but the way the author approaches the topic is quite different. She also chose to make uke taller and more ripped and I really liked the outcome.
