I’m really against incest- relationship. It is just inappropriate! If let’s say they getting married or even have children on their own. There would be the same case happen to kudou Minoru. I think the reason why Minoru having such a high potential while he’s weak physically is mainly because his father made him out of his sperm + his biological sister’s ovum resulted Minoru born weak physically.
