Pretty plain. There is no real depth or meaning, it's just trying to be a horror manga but it failed miserably. The art is plain too, it's just gory for the sake of being gory. Same for the characters, there's no real depth, no backstory, no personality, they're either victims, witnesses or psychopaths. Not that great but you can read it if you're bored
