kinda gross.......i usually don't mind age gaps (when its not mentioned a lot), but i don't like how this one is so heavily focused on it, like his disgust with himself, as if the author is trying to make us pity him and trying to justify how he likes a little girl...idk it's so creepy...ALSO the ML is a huge dick and he sucks ass, pedo shit aside. he's so fucking frustrating to the very end. secondary ML would've been 10000000% better, even the FL agreed. hell, they're even the same age group. soo many misunderstandings and miscommunication (which, yes, the plot revolves around a whole misunderstanding) and smut is mid. don't even know why i read the whole thing. FL isn't that bad but the typical ditsy virgin with a shit ton of miscommunication

Honestly, I don’t like the ML, six year age gap, assuming he’s 18 in high school he’s liked her since she was 12, plus even when she confesses repeatedly as an adult, he’ll let himself get physically involved but not romantically. When in reality it’s not the emotional consent that usually causes trouble it’s the physical. He keeps being wishy washy, he protects her and gets jealous but won’t confess he loves her and date her happily now that she’s 20 and they had space from each other. If they made the age gap to maybe 2-4 years maybe it would at least be a little less weird
