They may just be "pretend lovers" but I feel like they already both Love and Need each other, like without one another they'd both be without hope ×× but i really like this one cant wait for an update.
When Tsukisu-Sensei, the intern doctor at the hospital, tried to save the sickly girl (Myoujo-Boshi Touka) at the hospital from jumping off the building in a suicide attempt, she ended up making a promise of become the girl's lover. Is this Tsukisu-Sensei's subconscious attempt to redeem herself from a mistake that happened in the past. As the two start their (pretend) dating, they will learn more about each others and start falling in love for real. This is a slow pace and very touchy story. Love the cute drawings/artworks.
