I watched the movie first and honestly I wish I read this first and then watched the movie. This really made me cry, it is the type of manga that really hits you hard near the end. This was a gory, disgusting but beautiful story in my opinion. The art was rather good and the depiction of all the injuries made me sick to my stomach but that is another part of the story I loved. Emotions seemed raw and genuinely realistic, by making the characters emotions more twisted to the point you too can almost understand it. The ending made me cry, I cannot lie on that. But I'm happy that Haruka and her sister reunited in the after life. I feel horrible for the grandpa I hope he too will reunite with them. This story was amazing in every aspect I would read again.

story is about haruka nozaki, a middle schooler who just wants to graduate middle school, but shes also a bully victim at her school so ofcourse its not gonna go well. its a really tragic story about bullying and revenge, and yeah.. very depressing ending
