Bizarre and just falls flat. The story is about a highschool girl who has a relationship with her teacher. The teacher is self reportedly and rather cryptically put, an alien I think? There is also a b plot about a garbage disposal heap and the main characters relative running for mayor of the small town. It's odd and doesn't really go anywhere story- wise.
With a lack of general focus on any subplot and no major conflicts addressed this one shot doesn't really hit. Why is the highschool girl even attracted to the teacher in the first place? The premise is taboo by iitself and leaves a lot of potential conflict to be addressed but it just.. isn't. Is the teacher really a alien or making shit up? Did the relative win the election and will they become the new mayor of the town? I can't say this one shot was memorable or very easily comprehended. The art is alright and the dialogue is down to earth I suppose but it's not enough.
