You need to see the anime, “Whiskers Away” this is the anime of this manga

As cute as the movie was, when u look at it in a different perspective it was pretty creepy

girl find a mask that can turn her to cat
Girl stalks crush bc she can
Dude looks like he's flirting to the cat everytime he's sad
Made a deal with some creepy cat devil witch
Girl almost turn to a full time cat
Girl was hella nosy(annoying) to the dude she had eyes on
Dude was rude but has shxt to deal with
Girl was rude to her step mom
step mom cat was jealous and try to steal her body
Found cat village
Found some perma adult cat that randomly told their backstory as she was trying to find demon cat
Action going around, some scratches and almost dying from fall damage
Somehow everything turn out fine
At the end dude was more goofy like her
