Bittersweet manga, its good but the ending threw me off

Side note i got a bone to pick with the uke, he basically led the seme on KNOWING that he only had a month of freedom and left him traumatized, when i saw that tattoo i knew that bitch was claimed, but for real i hate that ryuuzou fucker, the main problem of everything, he literally took the ukes human rights away and locked him up, IM GONNA GO BALD FROM RIPPING MY HAIR OFF.

I love endings like this. To me sad endings are beautiful, i like it when i get that melancholia feeling. Not all endings have to be happy.
