I think I liked the first one-shot of the series better. I feel like I'm less connected to the main character and male lead. I don't think they showed enough remorse for leaving a marriage her sister had to take on, well if she had any. (When she saw Leah liked him she was relieved but I'm talking about before she knew). Also, it seemed like the fact leah and ajax fell in love made her feel relieved but she didn't dwell on those feelings or how it was selfish. (Although she was in an arranged marriage but it doesn't change the fact that it was selfish, I understand it though). But ya I do feel more connected to Leah, idk if it was cause I was part 1 first or something but I just do.
