Horrible children's story inside the story but overall good manga

Author san has good plots but short chapters.. Good stories wish had more chapters!!

First, coworkers that don’t super get along deal, have sex to let the virgin of the two experience it.
Second, unhealthy researcher makes a 10 year promise with a kid 10 years younger than him. The two bound together by that promise for 10 years. Younger one gets a little impatient.
Third, a host is left behind when his client leaves her apartment. The landlord comes to collect overdue rent and only finds this dork of a man. Unable to chase the freeloader away, they grow close and land in a place of mutual healing.

boring lol landlord story was the only interesting one

I usually will give this a 3 stars but this lft a sweet aftertaste so I gave it another star

meh not really to my liking

would had been better if the stories had more detail. the last one which is the one on the cover was great yet lacking

Most of the stories were just okay but the landlord story was goid. I wish that one was longer.

I didn't think I would like a delinquent tenant story, but this is actually very cute.

1st story: Straight Seme(not anymore Virgin, thanks to uke) x Straight (? Maybe Bi? Think they're rival) Uke
2nd story: Younger Seme (waiting for 10 years for uke) x Older uke (who promise to Seme)
3rd story: Host Seme (become freeloader of uke after being dumped by it's tenant) x Landlord Uke (always annoyed and tell to Seme to get out/leave on apartment)

the bones of greatness, but no flesh, so each story is a little empty
