Comments of Otouto no Otto

Literally the most gut wrenching and heartwarming story. This is the story of a man living with his daughter, set a month after the man finds out that his brother died in a foreign country. One day a strange foreigner visits saying that he's married to the man's brother and came from Canada. The rest of the story is the man coming to terms with his brother being gay and growing fond of the man his brother was married to.

I am a gengoroh tagame stan even his wild stuff. This is probably his best serious non-sexual work. His other "drama" stuff is kind of melodramatic

The live action was absolutely wholesome. I know the manga will be too.

This is so important because of how exaggerating social media is nowadays, that people start to believe that caricatures, stereotypes, and exaggerations of real people are representative of entire communities. I believe everyone could learn something from this manga, just like how I have.

Bawling my eyes out. That's it, that's the comment.
I wanted so hard not to cry but this manga just tenderly tugged at my heart strings and said come on don't be shy... I know you want to. And I did, I did want to. So here I am, bawling, sobbing like a baby. I was so afraid that the author would ruin it somehow but they didn't. From start to finish the pieces were put together perfectly. Just thinking about it makes me teary eyed again, I hope all the best for these characters. Their story might've ended but they'll live on in my heart where I'll treasure them. The world became a bit brighter today. I hope ours can too...

certainly bittersweet, but also wholesome, all around a very good story

read up till ch4 but i need to emotionally prepare bc i just know it'll be a whole tearjerker as the story develops

I want to mentally prepared myself before reading this... Arghhh..
