Alice is the daughter of the queen of the star-energy people
The other used to be part of the holy apostles but was imprisoned for saving a star energy prisoner (probably alice)
since he's the only one that could save the empire he was taken out of prison to fight
alice and him keep meeting randomly in the neutral city
