Yoonjoon & Seo kihyun) yoonjoon meets kihyun when he was in elementary school, while yoojoon was in middle. yoonjoon saves kihyun from older people who is picking on him, and thats how kihyun ended up having a crush on yoojoon. they ended up meeting again from kihuns brother which they ended up becoming roomates. kihyun trys his best to get yoojoon to fall in love with him and they ender up getting together. there were some problems like yoojoons ex boyfriend was being controlling and stuff but kihyun helped him out and yoonjoon becoming a omega, ended up adapting to his new life.

I think it doesn't necessarily have to be omegaverse:) I mean we just see the omegaverse part only half of the story anyway. It's also cliche imho but still an okay one.
