Comments of Piano No Mori

A truly wholesome story. A poor kid that lives at the outskirt of the city but is a very talented musician who loves to play the piano more than anything. 
If you can watch the anime: it's ten times better cause you can listen to the music and not only see him plays with the eyes.

A side note : I think the author created the MC but not developped him to the fullest. I would have loved to see this genius kid not only perform better than anyone else but also became a composer himself know worldwide. 
It would have been like the cherry on top.
A pity but this final is also good.

I’ve read this manga many times and I will never get tired of it, it never fails to make me fall in love with music and never fails to make me cry and laugh out loud. This manga is one of those that will always hold a special place in my heart and I truly consider it a work of art. This is an extremely cringey comment but as someone who rarely leaves comments I have to go all out for Kai. For anyone wondering if they should read this…you absolutely should. Regardless of if you enjoy classical music, piano, or even manga; this is enjoyable for any and all readers. I’ve seen a few comments complaining about Kai having a girlfriend (Sae) and people refusing to read because of it and honestly? Those people are complete and total idiots, Kai’s relationship with Sae is the absolute least interesting part of this whole manga. It’s barely developed and for good reason: it’s not the point of the manga. This work of art is a fantastic rollercoaster of emotions and is so faithful in the way it draws the reader in and makes them feel so connected to the characters and the music. I could honestly write an essay about this manga but I’ll end this comment here. Piano no Mori is an absolutely breathtaking masterpiece and I’m so glad I had the fortune of reading it.

im crying. one of the best manga i've ever read.

A tranquil tale about two boys from very different upbringings. On one hand you have Kai, born as the son of a prostitute, who is been playing the abandoned piano in the forest near his home ever since he was young. And on the other you have Syuhei, practically breast-fed by the piano as the son of a family of prestigious pianists. Yet it is their common bond with the piano that eventually intertwines their paths in life.

Enchanting. Takes you on a trip to unfettered dreams, hopes and into the depths of music.This is hands-down the best musical I've ever read.

SN: I just couldn't overlook 232.5 and ended up perusing the "walls of text". It was quite a read.

This is a MASTERPIECE. not only the manga but also the anime. It is simply beautiful ... I watched the entire anime yesterday and finished the manga today, I can't stress how much people need to read this.

I absolutely love this story. It made me really stressed at times, but overall I had a fantastic time. Everything, especially the ending, was well-written!

It's a 'bit' adult but the mc are really pure even though his surrounding are not, and he reeaaallyyy~~~~ are talented. Apparently. Anyway if you just keep reading you'll be satisfied thar you've read it.
