I just love that they communicate so well for a highschoolers. I mean there're tons of bl adult cp that doesn't communicate well.
For me, their character dynamics are just mwah chef's kiss. It's that type of manga that makes me feel like "fck I'm so single" after reading which means YOU SHOULD READ ITTTT!!!

holy shit…I’ve read dom and sub types of stories in the past and they were like idk just pretty smutty and I got over them but god this was…incredible. they are both literal green flags and I love them and their personalities so freaking much. the art is gorgeous gosh the art style is insane and the writing, the plot, the characters the dynamics and relationship gosh 5 chapters long is too criminal I feel like I need more daily life stuff from them but I’m still so satisfied. this just felt safe and warm and comfortable and ugghhh I love them I love this so so much.

It was sooooo green! A breath of fresh air!
