I'm not the biggest fan of this author, but this one isn't bad. It's fine yk. Toxic n possessive bs. Rape in the last chapter, not between mcs. Although the ml does non consensually kiss the mc a few times and it's kind of debatable whether or not he sexually assaulted him in the first chapter. I don't think he did, but it's ambiguous.
Sagara Yuichi is an aspiring writer who was caught in a convenience store robbery. Despite having the chance to escape, he lingered to gain writers experience, and ended up getting stabbed. During his last breath, a strange guy appeared claiming it was fate. A few hours later he awakens and finds himself sleeping naked next to that strange guy. Then that strange guy tells him that his blood is "S-Class" and that he's going to be Yuichi's lifetime "partner". Will the pragmatic novelist be able to wrap his mind around all this...?!
Ahh, the part where Keito said he even prayed to gods when his lover was in danger was really heartwarming. Of course, as vampires, he's the only one who had done that... However, the rest of this male lead, Keito is plain bullshit.
Every time the protagonist is reluctant about his lover's choice of action, he always find words to manipulate the entire situation. Call me senseless bastard who keeps on fretting about normal things in healthy relationship, but I'm still uncomfortable by most of Keito's actions.
Firstly, the most clearly fucked up one, man really let go those motherfuckers who attempted to rape his lover. Even if your lover say this whatever shit, since when have you been actually listening to what your lover said? This manipulative asshole only listens to his lover when it involves his circumstances.
Then there's this bastard being all possessive and even went as far as to attack his lover's co worker. At the same time, when protagonist was feeling possessive about letting his lover go to meet his ex lover, Keito brushed it off like the brazen brat he is.
You know, it's okay to feel jealous really. But to publicly display your jealousy in the form of violence, I'm just like- No.
None of this make senses for me personally. I really don't like how protagonist's lover is ignorant about literally everything.
Yeah, I won't even deny that someone with high expectations and standards like me won't be able to get a lover. But if you think that me disliking someone who is plain ignorant about their partner's feelings, then that just makes you have a very low standard.
