So when the enigmatic pretty boy begins to hint at a sort of faint interest in Sungkyung, the latter's obsession begins to grow as a single question echoes ceaselessly throughout his mind: “Why...?” uke's obsession started to grow even more by writing his every words and action.

toxic yaoi, but one that is at least very intriguing. kwon cheong-rim may be insane, but his insanity is matched by sungkyung (minimart)'s, so it doesn't feel one sided. also, there's clearly a discrepancy between KCR's actions and words. He claims to not like SK, but is definitely obsessive when it comes to him; the security camera, watching SK, needing SK to be home with him, etc. SK is also obsessed with KCR. I think CR likes him because for the first time in his life, he has someone who is utterly devoted to him, though he was used to getting his brothers' leftovers. KCR is also worried to admit his curiosity about SK runs deeper, because he's too afraid to lose the one person in his life that wants him fully, or to have him get paid off by the twins. I don't think they mentioned why SK's obsession started, but I assume its because he needed an escape from his crappy life. this is a toxic story but still a better love story than jinx
This is kinda depressing instead of being hot. Uke is just totally smashed by despair into madness, while seme is a crazy abusive fucker who treats uke like the his only one precious punchbag lapdog. Given lots of actual help and care he shower uke with, seme doesn't seem as such an unredeemable dogshit despite he is still being a lunatic sadistic dogshit. Nevertheless I feel bad for uke. This kid was being cruelly screwed before he got mental issues and continues to be screwed after. And both main character's mental issues doesn't make this romance balanced. This is still a sad toxic codependency.
