Some guy on tiktok recommended this and its tagged harem but its not really harem bc the MC is surrounded by girls bc they're all witches and he's building a safe kingdom for witches, but he's only got feelings for 1 girl and ends up with her(altho there's another girl who has feelings for him, so a one-sided love triangle of sorts?). Anyways, from the reviews: the world-building is great if u can overlook the part where he's surrounded by girls
