Comments of Ren'ai Harem Game Shuuryou No Oshirase Ga Kuru Koro Ni

This psychological manga puts an interesting spin on the traditional high school harem trope by telling it from the POV of the harem members. The harem girls are forced to participate in a "harem hunger games" situation where the person who wins the guy's heart lives and everyone else dies and goes to hell (although the guy doesn't know about this part). It's really thought-provoking to see how it feels to be part of a cheesy harem. I appreciate how fleshed out the characters are and how the girls have real personalities and motivations. For example, I never thought about how having to constantly dote on the guy would take away so much of their time from their own lives. The overarching theme of survival, and how this can be achieved through cooperation or sabotage, is also interesting to consider. The art is also great with a good deal of fanservice, although it's nothing too obnoxious. I highly recommend this series! I'm excited to see where this will go and how the girls can pull through together.
