I really like this manga until the new scan team (Manhwa Freak) took over. they have done this to a few other manga's I have been reading. I think I am going to stop reading them put them on hiatus, I see no point in continuing they are chopping up the chapters. Ruining My Reading Experience!! Not to mention they are trying to take readers from this sight for their own. Are they trying to put this sight out of business?
239 - 2.5 - repetitive, with some bits of scenarios here and there, and some moderate harem vibes Paradoxical moral value, the MC has a very good moral compas, would risk his life to help civilians or his comrades, even while they are not old time friends But the entire story is built on the vices and greed of a handful of powerful people have no second thoughts about any kind of mass killings, using monster waves to hide their crimes The promotion system is also, once again, built on massacres : kill to get points, to grow stronger The rise in power it truly poor : you have a system and enemies, that, obviously, are always going to be beaten ; from start to finish, you never feel any type of growth : it’s only numbers getting big, or attacks getting longer names, or change colors ? The fight last way too long to be entertained (that’s the biggest flaw, and you ruin your eyes scrolling dosn) As in the very ancient dragon ball, the MC beat a monster, gets stronger, meet a stronger monster (or bad guy) and struggle to beat it, which makes him stronger, etc. Rince and repeat… this was never the interesting thing It already has some interstellar smell, for when earth’s monsters won’t be enough
The females are somewhat interesting, but it’s disappointing to see they lose brain and brawn as soon as they start falling for the MC (which seems unavoidable)
Overall it’s slightly boring (repetitive, small harem vibes), and slightly interesting (universe and plot) There are alas few, but nice story arc which actually have a bit of character depth - and that is probably where the biggest problem lie : the MC stays nowhere, seldom build relationships, he himself has next to no background and depth and the characters surrounding him are the same The title would have much better balance if there were some characters exploration and growth, instead of an ever growing number table to define, not them and who they are, but their stats with absurdly abstract numbers
