I'm only on the first chapter, but... I just really want to point this out. Even if she believes in love and he doesn't, that doesn't mean she has to force him to see her point of view. Everyone has their own experiences, thoughts, and opinions, and forcing yours on someone else is not right. Because you wouldn't like it if someone did that to you, either. And of course they kiss and practically fall in love (or start to) by the end of ch1, so they're both that easy.

Another character sums it up perfectly, even though it's a josei manga she's totally a shoujo heroine.

I skimmed to ch 18, they finally sleep together in ch10. I'll say one thing, for a smut manga they took a while, although there was still some action from ch1.

I feel awkward with smut manga that read too much like shoujo manga. So far I like the friend and I hope it doesn't go the cliche route where he falls for her. The story with the leads is good, but not that great to me. Maybe if I'd read this a couple of years ago I might like it, but by this point I've read better. There's some spontaneous intimacy but it doesn't feel like dubious consent.

A bit fast paced so it seems unrealistic, no real incidents leading up to their romantic feelings for each other.. but after their relationship starts, there’s not as much conflict and both ml and fl are good in solving their problems (i.e communicate their wants) so I guess it’s a pretty good exemplary of what an adult relationship should look like. 3.5/5
