I actually really liked this! Such an interesting concept, honestly I would like if this was how the after life was.

In his last moment in life he died alone confessing that how he was adopted into an assassin family and hasd to kill all his family bc they came after him after he broke the rules.. mostly his adopted father He them wakes up as a teen in a hospital, they ask his guardians name (him thinking he went back in time) he said thst same father he killed. Come to find out its the after life instead athns he wants to apologize ro his family he killed, regretted and missed ever since!
