I would hate it if he ends up with Hikaru.(Dropping it) kanda whored himself to Hikaru's younger brother. That's way out of line just because he can't have Hikaru. Totally way out of line. Like literally you can't fuck your sister's boyfriend. That's adultery. And basically breaking the law of ETHICS. He better end up with someone else. So pls. Update!!! Need to know asap. i feel like karen liked nichika, so them crying at the end of the ch1 without speaking kinda implies that kanda and karen have a mutual understanding of the unrequited thing since kanda liked hikaru but hikaru and nichika are together

Okayy, i understand - kanda(uke) is friend with other three Hikaru, nichika, karen. And hikaru and nichika is couple, so kanda faced hearts break huwaaaaaaa, this is so sad!! Looks like Arata will be the seme here

ch. 1. spin-off: contrast

For those who don't get the first chapter, yes this is a spin-off of Contrast but aside from Kanda, everyone we see in the preset is a new character. This chapter talks about the fact that Kanda and Karen quietly bonded over being in love with their best friend of the same gender. Kanda being in love with Hikaru (Arata's, from Contrast, older brother) and Karen being in love with Nichika. They were heartbroken when Hikaru and Nichika started dating. It's the start of a new story :3 I hope Kanda gets his happy ending.
