I so want to read it but the first few chapters made me cry

A cute and touching story of a single mother, Sumireko, and her daughter, Nozomi. The manga starts off with Nozomi being sixteen years old in the first chapter, then hops back to before she was born. Finally with the third chapter starts the "real" story, when Non-Non (Nozomi) is three years old.

Some authors excel at making the extraordinary seem ordinary. Mari Ozawa belongs to the other kind; ones who shine at making the ordinary appear extraordinary. The characters live mundane lives that is at turns warm, selfless and sweet with lingering touches of heartache.

I can’t stop crying. I really can’t. This is so beautiful, but my heart hurts every time she thinks of Akira. I’m honestly lost for words. I can only cry, cry, and cry more.

idk how i found this on my first day of period but ive been crying until i had a headache bc this touched so many feelings inside of me. its not even that sad, but the what if, could haves, would haves pander it triggers is strong and maybe thats where all the tears came from. also my currently full swing hormones

Highly recommended! Definitely prepared some tissues for the tears of both happiness and sadness. But just know that, everything will be alright.
