It’s a slow burn

it’s kinda ridiculous when the author claims it’s a smut story but it’s not. It’s fine if there’s not, but don’t claim it is when it is not at all. I personally don’t like the female lead because she would push the male lead away so much and when he respects her wish and say to people that they are just employer and employee, she gets mad. It’s like what do you want? If you like him, say it. Don’t beat around the bushes. The story is gives a completely unnecessary slow-burn- I’m on Chapter 19 and there is nothing happening. The two characters are still in the position they were from the beginning and it looks like nothing will happen because the male lead is willing to take a step forward of their relationship while the female lead won’t and gets mad when he is willing to step back.
