It doesen't say so but it's finished, i liked the joke at the end - "erasing" the readers memories and giving a card, just like the girl at the beginning. Oh, and before turning to a girl, the villain looked really like Aobooty xD (from dmmd that is)
Interesting, a S.H.A.D.O.W, a team work behind the scene to repair building/stuff destroyed by villain or hero. I wonder if they can change their path to a hero or villain if they chose to? Like promotion? But maybe not hahahhaa,they are the side kick of the story but important people need to repair the city
