I love stories where the ml is sweet and tries to get the reserved fl to warm up to him. Also bonus that they didn’t have sex and a child before even hooking up (unlike some other harlequins). This is cute, but I guess it’s pretty generic for its trope, but I don’t care because I like this trope.
"You've been chosen to date a billionaire!" Beth is startled to receive such a phone call. It appears her neighbor entered her in a competition without telling her! The prize is a date with Kane, a famous billionaire, but Beth is not interested and rejects this golden opportunity. The news reaches Kane and his heart is ignited-- no woman could ever reject him, could she? His pride hurt, Kane vows to win over Beth's heart!
I liked it, though the main heroine's struggles became a bit too much in the end. I wished the roles would've been reversed, to be honest, and she should've done it for him instead of him for her. Still, a sweet plot
