It certainly had its moments, but I didn't like the pairings at all. The chemistry between the couples was nonexistent in my opinion and I would much prefered them in reverse. I am not a fan of the going against our fate trope, I mean if you are going to ignore the whole fate thing why put it in the story? Write about a regural omegaverse story without fated pairs and introduce other types of conflict.
The first couple (I don't really remember their names) was uninteresting, completely and utterly flavorless. There wasn't sufficient development or any type of conflict between them, and thus there was no story there. I skipped most of their scenes. On the other hand, Rin was so precious, a happy go lucky kind of character (at first at least). As the story progressed and the drama surrounding him escalated, I found myself sympathizing with him. Taiga started off as an asshole, initiating SA towards his own friend and fated pair, as is revealed later on. His encounter with Rin had a great impact on his worldview and completely changed him for the better. I call that successful character development. Also, he is EXTREMELY HOT.

All things considered, this is midiocre.
