Poor Yanagida as a child. He did not deserve that. But what made him evil in the end is not tolerable. I hope he can find his freedom as a good person in the future. This is sad, heart breaking and happy at the same time. Kirino is the real mvp. Initially, I thought Kirino and Mishima would end up together lol. The art style and the comedic remarks make up for the very serious story. I love this one. Old but gold and a rare read in the BL world. This is reality in paper drawn by an artist which reflects so many people in the world where we may not encounter in our lifetime. But it exist and they should exist as free as they can be. I dreamed of the world where there are no discriminations on people like these characters. They are beautiful on their own. And they struggle a lot to be themselves in a world thats suffocating. I wish the best for Kirino its heartbreaking but if he truly found his happiness in his life now then I'll wish him the best. Great read sensei! Thank you!

A bitter sweet ending, made me cry a ton, definitely recomended.

This a very good one if saying 'great' is a bit of a stretch. I pretty much didn't see this as a mere Yaoi but more like: young boys realising their sexuality & sexual orientation and how they suffer internally due to heteronormative society and cope with it in self-oppressive manner. I just wish the author grab the opportunity to add a social commentary into it.

I'm glad that Mishima & Yumeno found a place they feel belonged to and got to live their adult life in a way they can at least express themeselves. Kirino, who, on the other hand, chose a different path which I until now I couldn't tell if that really gave him happiness and contentment. It's disheartening for me to see yet I also understand that his mother's happiness is very dear to him, and it may be the reason behind that decision. Still, I can't accept it. He really deserve to live his life without hold backs. This is what adds to the goodness of this manga because it has a touch of reality. Bittersweet, indeed.

It's a really good story portraying how the lgbt community has to suffer in silence. The fact that the main affection between the 2 main characters are platonic makes it even more heartbreaking. One of them could be what he wanted & the other one had to lock himself up for his very own family. They never met again after separating. Otherwise the second man would have become an absolute mess. Sometimes for the good of friends, you need to cut ties with them. Very beautiful indeed

i hve so many things to say ab this manga bro to put it all into 1 approximate word, i’d say its so RAW. like it made me deeply ponder it msde me laugh out loud it msde me stress out to the point of restlessly tossing n turning it made me so happy i wanted to cry at some psrts especially when i found out machima n blondie were still tg but also made me sick n griefed by that p3o teacher n what he did.. only for me to wanna bawl my eyes out in frustration n conflict bc of his backstory. acc thats an even better word. this manga made me feel v conflicted. sm emotions i never felt from a manga less than 5 volumes also omfg i just know the second loe interest got w that fake virgin girl just bc his baby had black hair OH N BLONDIES OLDER BRO HAD ME THINKING HE WAS ACC BLONDIE N RLLY WENT N GOT MARRIED FOR A SEC I DIED INSIDE☠☠
