Well the story slowly develops more around volume 2. It's good i must admit though in those first chapters it may look like bullying type but nah

ahh.. i thought this series was completed and suprise suprise i come to find out 2 new volumes.. ahh so.. friggin cute...

This was a surprisingly good story. Misaki and Haru’s story spans roughly 8 years and shows a lot of growth in both the characters and (imo) the mangaka’s approach to and understanding of, a relationship with someone who is strongly masochistic. When we first meet the MCs Misaki was just discovering his affinity for pain, how he was able to make it become intense pleasure and the unhealthy ways he fulfilled this need. Haru was not a sadist so much as inherently short fused and reactively violent. Their relationship began with violence because giving and receiving it met different needs in each other but it was a very unhealthy relationship. Over time, it evolved and changed into something that suited them. For Haru, having someone who was in his corner seemed to bring out his “lovey dovey” side and he became aware that he didn’t want to hurt the one he cared for, but the one he cared for needed that. And, tbh, at times Haru did too. I really liked that each looked into what real S&M was about, healthier ways to satisfy those deep needs and seemed to really prioritise their partners needs. I also liked the hints that other random Ms out there seemed to instinctively recognise the S in Haru. He had a strong presence as he matured. They weren’t perfect (not even close lol) but they grew into an unexpectedly stable pair and they went from mutually toxic to a loving pair.

something about this manga felt so special... Idk the story wasnt really anything amazing but it was kinda impactful in some kind of unexplainable way. The art style gave me a slight taste of nostalgia and the manga overall gave me a warm fuzzy feeling. 5/5!

not for me... I just read 2 chapters but it looks like it is the typical bully hitting the uke and they will have a happy ending and bla bla bla...I'm tired of this kind of stories

First about the tl quality its garbage, needed to compared it to the official tl but that too not much better, its a bit better just not much and the result is in the end whoever scanned it dropped it and thus it was continued with the official tl for the rest of the chapters
Now about the story, the eyebrows are funny
The uke who is secretly masochist, became masochist after being abused by the seme and the seme with sadistic impulse who secretly caring and super clingy
Its the kind of manga that deliver wonderful story with its toxic relationship trope, its abusive and rape are not like the other who fell into garbage territory
