Even when I love the main story (H&R) and I kind of like Harasen, I've to sadly admit that the stories here are not my favorites.
1.In the end Harasen end up going against his own moral rules about students, and common 22 years?!! Easily could be his father! He tries to be a good teacher and care about students. And I thought that it was maybe because he's the terrible misfortune of facing that old man horrible teacher when he was an student; which leads me to
2. The disgusting old man! Like if Hara can be Sorano's dad, can you even imagine that old dude and Hibiki age difference?! Pretty sure close to be his grampa!!


I'm sorry but NO ♂ I like the author but I'm staying with the Doukyuusei main characters and their beautiful story

i like doukyuusei but hara-sen's story leaves a bad mark on this series.

10/13/23 ch 7.5 end. Yeah, just uh I don't really like teacher x student vice versa but it didn't go the wrong way for this manga. I'm not sure. It's fine. Yeah....

the only aspect I didn’t like about the main story and it’s sequel was hara. so I thought maybe he’d redeem himself and like someone his age, but he literally gets himself involved with another student. gross.

I’m glad that hard-sensei got over sajou and found someone else. Even though I don’t understand why he can’t date someone his age, I’m a bit uncomfortable with that part but at least he’s happy right. I really loved this story, all the relationships are so realistic and just lovely mannn

but really all those side characters (sajo, fujino, chem sensei) was really confusing and just caused so much redundant drama that was kinda distracting to Hara & Sora’s actual relationship. I guess thats what I really loved with the original couple cause the focus was on them and their growth.

Back in the day I'd read this no problem, but nowadays... The age gap + the power imbalance... I cannot see how a 37yo person would be interested in dating a 15yo teenager TvT
Even if I disregard how uncomfortable this makes me feel... The development of Hara's feelings feels too weird, like he had love to give and wanted love to receive and after being blown off by two different people he landed on this kid with unkown background that goes to gay clubs at night despite being just 15yo, and that's that.
And I won't add anything else in the first place about Hara falling for Sajo after meeting him in a vulnerable state and enjoying being his pilar of support...

absolutely not. only read for the original couple. I hate pedos
