The second story stood out to me the most because of it's really unperceivable plot twist..

I only really liked the first story.

1. Doctor and a song writer that have been friends from HS
2. A young master trapped in his house due to illness asks his brother to create sex androids for him
3. last man on earth is a bullied kid who no longer wants to be alone
4. Story of a man who breaks up with his second wife. Dull slice of life
5. depressed former piano player finds a young man, who turns out to be reminded of his father.

I LOVED the second story. This is WONDERFUL! I adore Sensei's work.

Just okay. I really liked the first story. The second story was weird with the brothers. The third story was sad being left all alone. The forth with the married couple was dull. The fifth story with the pianist was interesting and I'd want to know what happens next the first too.

I pretty much only like the main story.

these were fucking depressing....

better than average one shots with some psychology/twist to them. the first story is about childhood friends, and is the most normal plotline. the others include a piano-playing has-been, a man and his second wife, the last two people on earth, and an android maker and his brother. the android maker and the piano player were my favorites. nice art, well-written stories.

Great fucking manga I recommend it.. brothers but not biological I call this a bromance

p.1-22: long-time friends. #friends to lovers. straight seme has been attracted to gay uke for a long time most probably but kept on denying it. marriage arrangement by the parents drove it home tho. #tsundere #doctor seme x carefree #airhead #lyricist uke. /
p. 23-49: an actually dark drama i did not really expect. #sci-fi. #scientist, droid designer and his #spoiled brother who kept on requesting this 'sexadroids'. #group sex #slutty uke #incest but technically not incest.. ./
p.50-61: a fairytale that turned to be not a happy fairy tale after all. #drama #tragic. #apocalyptic oneshot. #shounen-ai ./
p. 62-78: a non-BL, #josei story of an old man remarrying. very devoted wife but he eventually got tired. ./
p. 79-end: a gay #pianist who bathed in fame and enjoyed his men is now a bearded, faded ojisan. he gets by floating in life along with his hopes of getting another pretty boy. fate had a different plan in him tho. #suicide plans. #no smut.

Haven't finished yet but the second story was so good I had to comment. Wow. Yeah. Not particularly articulate right? That's how I feel after reading that story.

Witty, surprising collection of short stories - you'll laugh, cry and enjoy this little work of art while thinking about how volatile life is. My favorite mangaka.

Don’t say any more Darling? Entertaining and touching at climax. Is it possible to be in love with that Jobless, hair dyed uses friend! Apparently, in the equation of heart and feelings, it is a possibility.

My eternal sweetheart: This was a sad original storyline. An eternal disease and hidden away in a sterile environment, what purpose would Arthur live for? The sad and shocking reality is in the final page!

Fairyland: “I don’t want to be bullied andy more, I want them to disappear from this earth” Be careful of what you wish for because this could be one regretted wish!

One more day: This was sad; Could opposite attracts and how will you tolerate somebody who is totally the opposite of you! One decision can make realize all the good things that you didn’t realize before and you took them for granted!

The pianist: Depressing when you can't reach your own potential but you manga to survive, albeit an unfulfilling life. A laughable ending!

Out of all these stories, I would recommend the first, second and fairytale stories
