This is stupid. "I'm gonna bully you but it's because I love you", paired with, "You were awful to me for so long but i'll decide I like you anyway because you said you like me". It's just stupid. There's no remorse. No showing of a change in behavior. No affection. Just a sneak attack kiss while the one of them couldn't see.
