Holy fuck! That was fucking awesome! I don’t think there was a single character I hated in this (like because they were annoying not because they were evil). I especially like the MC, he’s very interesting idk I like how he gets everything immediately and I don’t have to watch dumbasses fuck around for 100 chapters. The plot was really good and within its own logic it makes sense. The only thing is the (spoilers) portal to the 4th dimension at the end of the story. Idk that felt fairly bullshity compared to the rest of this but it’s not terrible
ch 60. "dont underestimate human" hrmm that seems like an awfully misplaced platitude that came out of nowhere. i mean, they were just had this big reveal, the tension was high, mc and ushio tried to counterattack, there was no indication of this theme running in the background... anyhow it felt really random to place this inspiring-sounding platitude in a backdrop of a mystery thriller with creepy monsters.
best thriller ive ever read. i started off the anime and had hard decisions on starting it at first, i decided to finally give it a try and its so interesting, i binged watched it all on a school night! I couldn't wait any longer so I read the manga, glad to say I've read it all and finished everything in 2 days. Theres many twists and things that i didn't expect, they're all reasonable and smart.
Started reading this thinking it was just going to be a slice of life romance comedy but I could not have been anymore wrong. Binge read 80+ chapters without realizing, it's that good and has beautiful panels. I love the art style so much
