All of the characters were at fault, but the girl was more of a victim who went insane. It all begins when the stupid fickle husband can't control himself. The wife is also an idiot for thinking up the idea. Essentially, they all brought it upon themselves. Ending was exactly what it should be. Plot is nothing shocking but it certainly was entertaining in a can't look away from this trainwreck kinda way.
That was the most unsatisfying story I've ever read. The "villain" literally has little consequences to her actions, and the fall is completely on the victim, then she dies horribly.
