Cool story if a bit stereotypical. It's about a strong-willed female main character who tries to motivate a somewhat fallen male baseball ace. The outcome is of course predictable, but at least not to the point of being annoying. Still, a pretty funny read with decent artwork, which is pretty awesome, considering it's the mangaka's first bigger story, as she herself writes in the afterword. And, she's apparently friends with Watanabe Ayu. Definitely a bonus ^^. The additional short story is even more predictable, run off the mill, romance without any outstanding characteristics. Still, very cute.
I really liked that the main story didn't focus so much on the romance, but on their growth as people. And the extra story provided all the cute romance tension I needed to feel satisfied. So well done! ^^
